Secondly, this platform is enabling out-of-work female health care professionals to pursue their careers without any traditional or social setbacks. Although females occupy a significant proportion of total health care staff - 70% according to the Medical Council of Pakistan, there is still a dilemma that only half of them pursue their professional careers after marriage or having children.
